Ph/ The Haute Pursuit & Camille Over The Rainbow
I do not know about you, but I think this is an awesome example of history repeating itself!
Back in the days, when I was just hitting puberty, these Adidas Superstar sneakers were on my feet 24/7 and they made me feel like the coolest kid on the block. Unfortunately my feet decided to grow and so it happened that I had to renounce them. And I think now is the time to repurchase.
I guess they will not make me the coolest kid on the blog (since many (!!!) bloggers already added them to their shoe-collection), but that is fine by me. The feeling of nostalgia when I put them on again will make it all fade away.

Beauty, definitely not my area of expertise. Partly because I just do not find it interesting enough to get to know more about it, partly because I am the most impatient person you will ever meet. I mean, letting your nail polish dry for at least five minutes or so? Boy, that is long!
The only make-up product I ever use is mascara, but even that I sometimes 'accidentally' forget to bring on. Let's just say au naturel is more my thing. And those extra minutes of snoozing in the morning are a pleasant side-effect.
Though last week I decided to give lipstick a try, just because it looks so fancy teamed up with a blazer, shirt and ponytail. Any thoughts?

Since there is a certain pair of boots on its way to me, all I can think of lately are awesome combo's to wear these badass babies with.
A black skater skirt and crop top in summer, topped off with clear frame sunnies. Yum....
Unfortunately summer is not there yet, so back to reality. What about black skinnies and a big knit? Or a chic boyfriend blazer to add some contrast? Double yum!
But let's not forget the part that makes the boot the boot; the cut-out part. With bear feet; awesome! Though not very wise at the moment, unless you want to catch a cold. Black socks would do, but sometimes you just want something more exciting...
Solution? Lace, metallics and sheer! The perfect peek-a-boo.
Jacket, Arma; top, H&M; trousers, Zara; sneakers, New Balance
Thank you inventor of #throwbackthursday. Thank you for making me post this picture on Instagram, which reminded me of this jacket hidden in the back of my closet.
I really should wear it more often, right?

In We The People 's footsteps, it is Ann from AndyHeart who is shining in this month's In The Spotlight!
With a preference for black, white, grey and simplicity (judging from her outfits, I obviously do not know her), there is just no way I could not add her to my favourite-bloggers-out-there-list.
Oh, and do not forget to follow her on Instagram for the most perfect Californinia dreamin' snapshots.
PS. Did I mention already that we own the same leather jacket? Dayum, this girl definitely has got style! ;-)
